Kenya undergoes a sacred fertility ritual
Kenya’s had her issues with most of the ladies this season, but in a surprising twist, she invites NeNe, Cynthia, Kandi and, of course, Miss Lawrence, with her to undergo a traditional Mexican fertility ritual. Kenya begins crying as she explains her fertility issues with the ladies, which even warms NeNe’s heart, and the ceremony begins as the ladies stand in a circle, a Mexican shaman smacks them with leaves and makes them inhale smoke before sitting in a steam room. Later on, the ladies all sit together and Kenya explains that she first wanted to become a mother when she fell in love at 35 with a man who had a little son already. Kenya’s says that she felt like she lost both a man and a child when their relationship ended and ever since then she’s wanted a child of her own, even if it means having a child before she marries. Kandi shares that she wants a son with Todd and all of the ladies bond over the fact that they had children before they were married, which has its pros and cons.
