Domineque Banks death
A staple in the natural hair community has passed away. Domineque Banks, known to many as LongHairDon’tCare2011 on YouTube, died April 9, 2014, after complications brought on by lupus. The beautiful natural hair aficionado suffered with the disease for a long time, but fell ill within recent months and died while hospitalized on life support. She was 27.
Banks’ family has asked for donations to cover funeral costs and to fly family members out to her burial. After asking for $10,000, $17,910 has been raised.
