The Buick Achievers finished out their whirlwind weekend by appearing with GM execs on the UNCF red carpet at the Civic Center in Atlanta before slipping inside to enjoy the 35th annual “An Evening of Stars” starring Anthony Anderson, Cedric the Entertainer (below), Jill Scott, the Isley Brothers, Trey Songz, the Braxton sisters, Monica, and many others. Nertezya Dykes was among the stars, literally, when the Spelman computer science student was onstage to accept her Rising Star award.
The Buick Achievers closed out the evening at the afterparty at the Marriott Marquis hotel in downtown Atlanta.
