Chucky is back and to Brian Metzger, this is definitely not child’s play. Metzger, the father of a six-year-old daughter, has filed a restraining order against his daughter’s peer, a boy, 5, who threatened to slit her throat.
Metzger claims the child kicked and threw rocks at his daughter and others at Prairie Lane Elementary School in Kenosha County. Not surprisingly, he says school officials failed to act until he filed the restraining order early this week.
