Actor Michael Jace, 48, who once played Michael Jordan in the 1999 TV movie “Michael Jordan: An American Hero,” reportedly and sadly killed his wife April on Monday in their Hyde Park, Los Angeles home. According to media reports, during the 911 call to police, Jace admitted, “I killed my wife.” The incident happened around 8:30 p.m.
Jace is best known for his role on FX’s “The Shield” playing a gay cop, officer Julien Lowe.
The couple’s children were home at the time; both under age 10, they witnessed the shooting. April, 40, has an older child from a previous relationship. They have been married for 10 years.
