The temperatures are finally rising in Chicago, and what better way to kick back and start your summer off right than with a few awesome concerts? Chicago is known to have some of the best concerts and festivals for people of all ages to enjoy. Check out this list of what’s going down this summer.

Of course, this is one of the biggest concerts happening in Chicago. The dynamic duo are finally giving the people what they’ve been asking for; a concert that’s fitting for all Jay-Z and Beyoncé fans together for one night only. Every year Grant Park in Chicago hosts a series of events and festivals. Lollapalooza Music Festival 2014, also known as Lolla, fortunately has a whole slew of your favorite artists all on one stage and broken down into three days of pure adrenaline and good music. This year’s lineup consists of : Eminem, OutKast, Kings of Leon, Arctic Monkeys, Calvin Harris, Skrillex, Lorde, The Avett Brothers, Zedd, Foster the People, Calvin Harris, Krewella, Nas, Spoon, The Head and The Heart, Fitz and the Tantrums, Grouplove, Sebastian Ingrosso, Childish Gambino, Cage The Elephant and many more! August Alsina fans, get ready. On the Fourth of July, he’s finally making his way to Chi-town to bring the house down with hits from his new album, Testimony. He’ll be at Adrianna’s Ballroom, 163rd S. Dixie Hwy. at 9 p.m. This is one the largest urban radio stations in Chicago, Power 92’s event.
