Tracy Morgan released from hospital
Days following a subtle improvement in his condition, TMZ reports that former “30 Rock” actor and comedian Tracy Morgan has been released from the hospital.
“Almost 2 weeks after the horrific accident on the NJ Turnpike … Tracy’s rep says he’s been transferred from the Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital — and is now at an undisclosed physical rehab center.”
On June 7, Morgan along with six others were riding in a limo bus when they were struck by Jonesboro, Georgia resident Kevin Roper and his Walmart truck.
The former “Saturday Night Live” star who was reported to be fighting for his life, suffered broken ribs and a broken leg.
Although Morgan is showing promising “signs of improvement,” his rep adds that he “still has a long way to go” and faces many long painful weeks of rehab.
