Hip-hop star Rick Ross has been running into trouble all month as he criss-crosses the country at performances. Just a week after he was run out of Detroit by 100 hooligans who threatened his life at the 2014 Summer Jamz concert there, he was also arrested yesterday in Greensboro, North Carolina after his performance at 102 Jamz’s Super Jam 2014 concert.
TMZ reports that Ross is charged with failing to appear in court. The court appearance stems from a 2013 misdemeanor marijuana charge/arrest in Greensboro.
The rapper was reportedly taken to the Greensboro Detention Center by police and subsequently posted the $1,000 bond placed on him. He has not commented on the incident.
