Future’s child support issues just got a bit more serious. According to reports, the Atlanta rapper’s baby’s mother got his monthly payments bumped up–almost another $1,500 dollars per month. TMZ reports that the star must now pay $2,800 a month in child support for his 11-year-old son. The hike is about $1,200 more than he was already paying.

Court documents claim that Future makes roughly $50,000 per month, which is why his child support payments have gone up. The new agreement also includes time for splitting holidays and birthdays between the two parents (Future and his ex Jessica Smith). Smith and their son will also be moving into a better Atlanta neighborhood and Future’s son will attend a better school.

Future and his fiancee, pop singer Ciara, welcomed their first child together back in May. “She’s feeling great,” Future said of Ciara’s adjustment to new motherhood last spring. “She’s with our son right now [in L.A.] I just texted her when I got off the airplane, and I’m going to get on the phone with her to see how everything is going.”
