During last week’s episode of “Love & Hip Hop Atlanta,” it seemed like Mimi Faust was the last one to know that her ex-boyfriend, Nikko London, was already married to his longtime wife, Margo Simms. Sadly for Faust, she wasn’t the first cast member to learn the truth about Nikko’s marriage. In fact, K. Michelle recently revealed that she knew before Faust did.
In a new interview with HipHollywood.com, K. Michelle says that she learned about Nikko’s marriage from the shows producers, who asked her to break the news to Faust.
“I was flown in to break the news about him being married and she wouldn’t film with me ‘cause they know my mouth,” K.Michelle said with a laugh.
And when questioned if Faust really was in the dark about the marriage, K. Michelle confirms that Faust was completely unaware.
“She really didn’t know that,” Mimi vouched, before discussing her recent Twitter act of kindness towards Faust in the wake of the scandal. “That’s why I had to really tweet her. I poke fun and do jokes, but at the end of the day, you’re really not a bad person and you really don’t deserve that.”
But even though K. Michelle had sympathy for Faust, she’s still not interested in rebuilding a friendship with her former cast mate.
“I love Mimi to death, but I don’t want her as my friend,” she said.
Well, considering that Faust was willing to be the bearer of bad news to Faust on camera, we doubt that Faust is happy with producers or K. Michelle. – nicholas robinson
