The divide between dark-skinned and light-skinned women continues … so thinks one R&B singer, Tank. Yesterday, the recording artist, who was arrested last week after refusing to surrender his license during a routine traffic stop, followed up the poor decision by igniting a Twitter debate where he “unknowingly” threw shade at dark-skinned women, in a effort to come to the defense of his girlfriend Zena Foster.
