Christy At The Crossroads
Christy comes to Jay to share something that’s been troubling her. It seems she has numerous offers to be featured as a guest speaker at various churches. While flattered, she doesn’t believe the speaking to be her calling. She then begins to question who she is outside of being a preacher’s wife. Jay encourages her to figure out what it is that will make her happy and assures her that he will be supportive. Christy then meets with friend and spiritual advisor, Priscilla. Christy reiterates her feelings to Priscilla and throws out the notion that she could be interested in fashion or making jewelry. Priscilla encourages Christy to look into a class or two in each direction and see if anything really get her wheels turning.
