Deitrick To The Rescue
The Kevin Terry sex tape scandal rocked the gospel world last year and left Terry seemingly all alone and out to dry. Deitrick stops by to visit fellow recording artist Michelle Williams and tells her that he has it on his heart to reach out to Terry and help him recover from the scandal. Deitrick then goes to Washington, D.C., where Terry is based to meet with him and his choir. The choir shares their stories of sticking by Terry and Deitrick helps exercise the burden weighing Terry down. Deitrick says he is there to serve as an example that no matter how low you think you are, you can always recover. Deitrick then goes to watch the choir perform and brings with him record exec Bryant Scott to check out the choir. After giving a rousing performance, Scott informs Terry and his choir that he is going to go back to L.A. and look into signing them.
