According to reports, authorities made a huge bust after searching rapper Ty Dolla $ign’s tour bus recently.
This past Wednesday (Nov. 12) while headed to its next tour stop in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Ty’s bus experienced mechanical problems and when cops showed up to see if they could give a helping hand, the scent of marijuana was detected. Officers and a drug sniffing K-9 subsequently found 42 grams of marijuana, hash oil, and drug paraphernalia as a result of the search.
Of the twelve people present on the bus, seven were given citations with an impending court date of December. Ty’s reps say the “Paranoid” singer was actually not on the bus at the time of the incident but on a flight to Omaha. Nonetheless he was still fined $500 for the incident.
