An 18-year-old allegedly committed an act so despicable that Philadelphia Police are calling him an animal. According to reports by “NBC 10” in Philadelphia, police discovered a 5-year-old girl contracted an STD after her mother took her to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
When police questioned the 5-year-old girl, she told them that her 18-year-old cousin put his “pee-pee” in her private part. The 18-year-old had been staying with the girl and her mother after he arrived from Ecuador.
The child was treated for chlamydia. The 18-year-old was arrested and charged with child rape, indecent sexual assault, and endangering the welfare of a child.
The mother will not be charged with child neglect.
