Apollo meets a divorce lawyer
Apollo meets with NeNe and Porsha’s divorce lawyer and explains to him that he’s worried that Phaedra will wait until he’s behind bars to file for divorce from him, which would leave him at a legal disadvantage when it comes to asking for a fair division of money. Apollo explains that he already owes all of his riches to the government and his victims, and that he doesn’t want to be sapped dry by Phaedra and end up feeling the need to resort to his old criminal life to support himself. Meanwhile, Phaedra claims that she will not let her kids see Apollo in jail if it’s traumatizing to their sons.
