Cynthia Bailey explains why she blasted Porsha Williams

Cynthia Bailey showed a side of herself that fans had never seen before last weekend when she berated Porsha Williams during the latest episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” and then feuded with her online. Although fans were divided over how Bailey should’ve handled the beef, she recently explained why she felt so strongly about her clash with Williams.

As fans of the show will remember, Bailey and Williams’ beef supposedly began when Williams claimed that Bailey was “flip-flopping” between supporting her in her attack on Kenya Moore at the “RHOA” reunion and criticizing her for it.

However, Bailey claims in her latest Bravo blog post that she’s always been upfront in her disapproval of Williams’ violence.

“I have known Porsha for a couple of years now, and we have never had any real issues until this last reunion. To my knowledge, our only issue is I did not support her actions at the reunion. I have always made it clear that the reunion is a provocative environment for everyone involved. I adamantly did not support her choice to resort to physical violence, and I never will. Shortly after, she did ‘WWHL,’ and claimed that I supported her actions and then I didn’t support her actions. I do not support physical violence. Period! I thought this was clear out the gate during the reunion, when I did not jump off the couch to run to her side,” Bailey said.

Bailey also addressed Williams’ claim that Bailey was even flip-flopping in her feud with the former “RHOA” housewife by posting a friendly picture of her on her Instagram page, saying that she thought their feud ended shortly after her squabble with Williams was filmed.

“I posted a very recent picture of myself and Porsha having fun girl time. Outside of this one issue (which after we met for lunch is over as far as I am concerned) Porsha and I always have a great time together. Whenever we are in each other’s company, we laugh and crack jokes with each other. We may not always agree with each other, but always manage to get past our differences and move on. With that said, the only ‘two faces’ that I see is the two of us smiling happily in the picture that I posted,” said Bailey.

But that’s not all that she had to say about Williams. Read her response to Williams’ “THOT” diss after the cut. – nicholas robinson
