Shia LaBeouf claims he was raped

“Fury” actor Shia LaBeouf makes a shocking confession. Hollywood’s resident bad boy says he was raped by a woman during his #IAMSORRY event in Los Angeles in February.

Earlier this year, LaBeouf sat in silence for five days and invited fans to have their way with him during his #IAMSORRY installation. In October, the actor told Ellen DeGeneres that he was surprised by how empathetic visitors were with him. “They stopped looking at me as like an object they started looking at me as like a human and they were very loving,” he recalled. “It was really human.”

In a recent email interview with Dazed and Confused, however, LaBeouf revealed that not everyone treated him with respect. In fact, he claimed that one woman sexually assaulted him.

“One woman who came with her boyfriend, who was outside the door when this happened, whipped my legs for 10 minutes and then stripped my clothing and proceeded to rape me. There were hundreds of people in line when she walked out with disheveled hair and smudged lipstick. It was no good, not just for me but her man as well.” Wrote LaBeouf, who was court ordered to complete six months of outpatient alcohol rehab after his arrest in June.

“On top of that my girl was in line to see me, because it was Valentine’s Day and I was living in the gallery for the duration of the event – we were separated for five days, no communication. So it really hurt her as well, as I guess the news of it traveled through the line. When she came in she asked for an explanation, and I couldn’t speak, so we both sat with this unexplained trauma silently. It was painful.”

In addition to his email confession, the traumatized actor also did an hour-long video interview, somewhat similar to his #IAMSORRY event, where he remained silent for its entirety.

While LaBeouf has exhibited some crazy behavior over the years and made some equally crazy claims, due to the severity of the incident, we hope that those around him and the media itself will recognize his need for trauma treatment. Sexual assault, regardless of one’s gender is despicable and not to be taken lightly. – ruu hawkins/@ruubabie
