shutitdown protests - Time Square

Why do you feel that people of all races are joining in the current police brutality protest? What does that say about America?

People of all races are joining the current police brutality protests because it is the right thing to do.  All races of people within this country and around the world know that justice ought to be served in these most recent cases. Recognizing that justice has not been served, people of various hues have taken to the streets in solidarity to support the family’s of the deceased, and their own identification of righteousness.  People are joining these protests because right is right and justice knows no color! This coming together of the citizens of this country gives me hope. It says that there is a more progressive mindset in America, across racial lines, that seeks a better outcome for all in these types of situations.
