It’s been months since anyone has heard about Tahiry’s infamous attack during New York Fashion Week, but a new report has revealed that Tahiry’s attacker has now been punished and fans will be shocked at what’s happened to the man.

As previously reported, Tahiry was backstage at the Toure Designs fashion show on Monday, Sept. 8, getting prepped to walk the runway when she was attacked by a man named Charles Suggs after a verbal confrontation.

A source said that Suggs “repeatedly struck Tahiry multiple times while attempting to drag her by her hair. It took seven to eight men to pull him off of her.” Because of the attack, Tahiry ended up in a neck brace and she’s reportedly still in physical therapy over her injuries.

Despite Suggs’ brutal attack, TMZ reports that he’s going to get off easy for his crime.

This week, Suggs pleaded guilty to assault and agreed to a plea deal that resulted in him avoiding jail time. Suggs will only have to complete an anger management program and abide by a restraining order that keeps him away from Tahiry for the next five years.

Somehow, that ruling seems pretty light for someone who had admitted to viciously beating a woman. We just hope that Tahiry feels like justice was served.
