LeBron James and Steph Curry were joined by NBA commissioner Adam Silver to host the NBA FIT basketball clinic at the High School of Graphic Communication Arts in New York.
During the event, James and Curry encouraged the students to maintain a healthy diet and to remain active. Afterward, James and Curry ran several drills with the students.
James and Curry will have a busy weekend in New York. Both players will start in Sunday’s NBA All-Star game. James will host a players only fashion show that will coincide with New York Fashion Week. On Saturday, Curry will participate in what could be the most anticipated three-point contest in history.
“The game of basketball has been great for me,” Curry said after the event. “Whenever I have an opportunity to give back, it’s important for me to step up for the community.”
