According to TMZ, Tran did the interview with Vanzant at her house and producers promised her that the interview would be “positive.” However, things took an unexpected turn for Tran when Vanzant asked her if she slept with Brown early in their relationship because he’s a celebrity. Tran explained that she waited months before she slept with Brown, but Vanzant didn’t believe her and continued to press her about when she first slept with Brown.
Vanzant also asked Tran why she entered a relationship with Brown after he was convicted of beating Rihanna, to which she answered that everybody deserves a second chance.
But when Vanzant begin pressing Tran about why she took Brown back after he cheated on her, Tran’s manager allegedly kicked the OWN crew out of her house. However, after a few hours, Tran called Vanzant and her crew back to her home to finish the interview.
