Kandi and NeNe argue over Phaedra and friendships
The drama hits a high point early when NeNe discusses a tweet she posted, blasting Kandi for being a hater. Kandi tries to explain to NeNe that she doesn’t hate her; she just hates her superiority complex. Kandi explains that she and NeNe have always had a rocky relationship, but NeNe claims that she doesn’t remember them having a problem with each other. When their conversation shifts to Kandi’s suspicion of NeNe’s new friendship with Phaedra, NeNe and Phaedra claim that they never discussed Kandi’s absence in Phaedra life, and NeNe tears up as she explains that she and Phaedra simply bonded because they’ve both experienced their husbands leaving. However, Kandi points out a number of instances when NeNe bullied Phaedra and turned on all of her former friends on the show, further making the point that NeNe isn’t Phaedra’s real friend.
