Nelly: Earlier this year, the St. Louis rapper was arrested while on tour with New Kids On The Block and TLC after Tennessee Highway Patrol pulled his tour bus over and found methamphetamine, marijuana and handguns during a search of the vehicle. He was set free after paying a $10,000 bond.
