Everywhere you turn, it seems like people are talking about Caitlyn Jenner and her acclaimed new reality series, “I Am Cait.” But while the whole world may be talking about Jenner, it looks like less and less people are watching her show every week.

According to reports, “I Am Cait” debuted last month with 3.9 million viewers watching the show within its first three days of airing. By the second episode, the ratings had dropped to 2.1 million viewers watching the show within its first three days.

Although the number isn’t bad for a reality TV show, Jenner’s interview with Diane Sawyer garnered 17 million viewers just weeks before.

According to RadarOnline, the numbers are only getting worse as it’s been revealed that “I Am Cait” only garnered 1.3 million viewers this past Sunday, of which only half a million were from the show’s target audience in the 18-49 year old demographic.

According to a source, E! “Executives and producers for the show feel that Caitlyn is being overexposed.”

“E! invested so much time and money into this project and everyone is just kind of baffled at how poorly it is doing,” the source added.

The sources also say Jenner is asking for help from her famous kids, but only Kim Kardashian has stepped up to the plate so far to appear on the show and give it a boost.

“Caitlyn has begged the rest of her kids to help her out because her biggest fear right now is that the show will be cancelled,” a source said. “Caitlyn got paid, but for her that isn’t enough. She wants ratings gold and it is evident that if something drastic is done that this show will most likely not make it to its final episode.”

However, the source adds that “As of right now, there are no definitive plans to pull “I Am Cait” off of the air.”
