Victoria Duval. This 19-year old of Haitian descent has a lot of potential and an inspiring story. Duval was held at gunpoint in her childhood during a robbery, and almost lost her father in Haiti during the earthquake. In 2014, she was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma, but is currently cancer free. After competing in the 2012 and 2013 US Open, winning a match in 2013, she failed to qualify for the 2015 tournament.
