Drake and Beyoncé have joined forces for “Can I.” Although the song previously leaked back in March, Mr. Graham recently decided to share the latest version during episode seven of his OVO Sound Radio show on Apple Music’s Beats 1, on Saturday, Oct. 3.
Prior to “Can I,” the two superstars collaborated for “Mine” from Beyoncé’s 2013 self-titled album. “Mine” found Queen Bey in a vulnerable place where she sang candidly about managing megastardom, being a wife and motherhood with Drizzy Drake on the hook. “Mine” instantly became one of the more stand out tracks on Yonce’s surprise visual album.
On Sept. 18, Bey teamed up with another big name, Naughty Boy, for the party track “Runnin’ (Lose It All),” featuring Arrow Benjamin. Although these latest collabs haven’t brought us any closer to a new album from the Queen B, her latest should hold fans over, for now.
