Here we go — an ISIS fighter has attracted attention online because he apparently looks like none other than Drake.
On Friday, Oct. 9, Twitter users shared a screenshot of a young jihadi, who they believe bears a striking resemblance to the Canadian rapper and within minutes the shade began to pour in. “Why does this ISIS member look like Drake?” wrote one user.
“^pm in Tehran,” joked another user.
Another user added a twist to Drizzy’s “10 bands, 50 bands, 100 bands, f— it man” lyric.
But, it didn’t stop there. The puns continued to flow. “He started at the bottom now he’s here,” one Twitter user wrote, quoting Drake lyrics. Another said: “My views from the ‘SIS.” Add another, “TBT to when Drake was in ISIS lol!” And while Drake hasn’t responded to the Twitter trolls just yet, he seems to have a pretty good sense of humor. We wouldn’t be surprised if he’s sitting back laughing himself.
