Former WNBA All-Star Glory Johnson has had a tough time during her pregnancy, from battling rumors about how she conceived her twins to her nasty divorce battle with fellow WNBA star Brittney Griner. But there’s always a light at the end of the tunnel and Johnson is finally seeing hers, as it’s been revealed that she gave birth to her twins yesterday.

Johnson revealed the big news on Instagram yesterday, revealing that she’d prematurely given birth to children Ava Simone and Solei Diem.

“Babies Ava Simone & Solei Diem arrived on Monday! Born a little earlier than expected, I have No Worries because these babies are fighters just like I am! We all know God makes NO mistakes and by his Grace, everything will work out for the greater good. We will continue to trust God as they are in his hands. Continue to keep us Lifted because there is Sooo Much Power In PRAYER!!!” she captioned the photo.

She then followed up later in the day with a photo of herself lying in a hospital bed.

“I have So Much LEARNING to do before you BOTH get here . . . But I promise to prepare myself Everyday to Properly Welcome You Home!” Johnson captioned the photo.

There’s no word yet on how Griner feels about Johnson giving birth, but last time they were in the news together they weren’t exactly on the best of terms with each other.

Griner and Johnson split up just 28 days after getting married following a domestic violence incident that ended in both of them being arrested. Since then, both women have taken losses in court with Griner being denied her request to annul the marriage and Johnson being denied her request to get $20K a month in spousal support from Griner.

Johnson took another loss in court last month when the judge in the divorce battle awarded Griner temporary exclusive use of their Arizona home while the couple works on finalizing their divorce, forcing Johnson to vacate the home.

The exes are also at war over Griner’s potential role as a parent. Johnson claims that she and Griner planned the twins together and that Griner has a financial responsibility to the babies. However, Griner has claimed that she has no biological connection to the babies and it’s unclear whether she plans to have a role in the kids’ lives.

Well.things still may be rocky between Griner and Johnson but we congratulate Johnson on welcoming her bundles of joy into the world.
