Vivica A. Fox and 50 Cent have had a tumultuous relationship ever since they ended their whirlwind romance a decade ago. And it became abundantly clear that Fox isn’t on friendly terms with 50 last night when she insinuated that he’s gay.
While being bombarded with questions during “Watch What Happens Live,” host Andy Cohen asked Fox how she felt when 50 made an Instagram post that blamed the decrease in ratings this season of “Empire” on “gay stuff” in the series. That’s when Fox blasted 50 for being a hypocrite and hinted that he’s gay.
“First of all, you know the pot calling the kettle black is all Im’ma say,” Fox said before giving a mischievous look to Cohen.
When Cohen asked Fox if she was insinuating that 50 is gay, Fox gave a shady hair flip and replied, “No, he’s not. We had a great time, I mean. He just seems like he’s got something that’s not quite clear.”
“I just never forget that there was a Vibe cover with him and Soulja Boy that made me kind of go hmmm,” she added, making reference to what was actually a XXL cover with a masked 50 standing behind Soulja with his arm around the younger rapper.
Later on, Cohen revealed that 50’s publicist sent the show an email requesting that he clarify that 50 didn’t make the original Instagram post, he just reposted it from another Instagram user and then deleted when he realized he didn’t agree with some of the content. Cohen obliged, but the statement from Fox was already all over the internet.
Of course, 50 Cent and Soulja have already heard the news and responded. Check out their scathing Instagram responses after the cut.
