As author of the life-changing books A Woman’s True Purpose: Live Like You Matter and Choose Yourself: A Journey Toward Personal Fulfillment for Women, radio personalities from Steve Harvey to Tom Joyner and publications like Essence magazine have all shared her expertise with their audiences. LaBeach has also served as a contributor for the anthology “Where Did Our Love Go: Love and Relationships in the Black Community”; rolling out, Hope for Women and Monarch magazines; The Woodlawn Post; Elev8.com; BlackGospel.com; and CBS radio. As a sought after speaker, she has addressed large audiences from Spelman College to T.D. Jakes’ Mega Fest and her expertise has extended to television on TV One’s “R & B Divas: LA” and Aspire TV’s “Exhale.”
Clearly, LaBeach has solidified herself as a powerful woman. “Being a powerful woman is not about seeking power. It’s about understanding your inner power so you can walk in it for the greatest good. LaBeach received her bachelor’s in psychology from Spelman College, her master’s in research with an emphasis in clinical psychology, and her Ph.D. in organizational psychology from Saint Louis University.
