During Sunday night’s episode of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” the ladies found themselves in a tense and violent situation when “RHOA” newcomer Tammy Browning McCall’s nephew, Glen, was hauled off set by security after he pushed his own aunt to the ground in a heated argument with Kenya Moore. Although Glen is the one who had the violent outburst, many of the cast members pointed the blame at Moore, arguing that she instigated the incident. Now, Moore is defending herself and explaining why she’s innocent of any wrongdoing.

For those who missed the episode, while the ladies were on a trip to Miami, McCall invited her nephew and his friend to the ladies’ Miami house to party with them. During a boat ride with the ladies, Glen snapped on Moore after she literally snapped her fingers at him to get his attention. Later on at the house, Glen got aggressive with Kandi Burruss and Kim Fields when he walked over to say hello to them and they were less friendly than he fancied. Afterwards, Glen was seen on camera telling his friend that the ladies were “h–s” and that he wouldn’t take any disrespect from them.

After Moore learned about Glen’s disrespect to Burruss, who is pregnant, she asked McCall to remove Glen from the house. As they calmly walked out, Moore walked over and explained to him why they were leaving and that’s when things suddenly took a violent turn as Glen began trying to argue with Moore. Security began to intervene, as did McCall, but Glen suddenly pushed his aunt down in an effort to lunge at Moore. McCall ended up being taken to a hospital, but luckily she didn’t sustain any major injuries.

After the incident, Phaedra Parks, Kim Fields, Sheree Whitfield and Porsha Williams accused Moore of instigating the incident, while Burruss thanked Moore for kicking Glen out. In a blog post for Bravo.com, Moore addressed the scrutiny from her cast mates and explained why she decided that Glen needed to leave the house.

“Glen made me and Kandi uncomfortable on several occasions. He came in with a chip on his shoulder, calling us ‘b—–s and h-s.’ This was difficult to witness,” Moore explained. “I clearly saw a pattern of disrespectful behavior. We were all drinking and having fun on the boat, but his first response to me snapping my fingers at him was aggressive and uncalled for. I laughed it off, but I noted it. He was then aggressive with Kandi, who is obviously pregnant. He threatened to show out ‘any b—–s or h-s try him or disrespect him,’ and when politely asked to leave by Tammy, he charged at me calling me a “little b—h” and pushed his own Aunt down to the ground.”

But that’s not all that she had to say. Read the rest of Moore’s commentary on the matter, after the cut.
