Porsha and Lauren fight over business
Last week, Porsha vented her frustrations about how her business relationship with her sister, Lauren is changing now that she’s pregnant. But the problem seems to go beyond business when the two meet up this week to dicuss their issues. Porsha tells Lauren that she’s been unreliable at work lately and she tells Lauren that she needs to pick up the slack or she may not have a job with her for long. Lauren rebuttals that things would be easier if Porsha took more responsibility at her own company, and she maintains that she plans to work from home when she goes on pregnancy leave. However, the two end up arguing back and forth and Lauren reveals that she’s tired of her life revolving around Porsha’s and not seeing as much financial benefit. Porsha claims that Lauren is unappreciative of all the work she’s put in and she denies that she’s selfish or narcissistic. Later on, Porsha and Lauren meet up again to try to squash their issues and Lauren reveals that she’s been distant from Porsha because she sensed that Porsha would be hurt about seeing her youger sister being pregnant while she herself has struggled with fertility issues. Porsha initially tries to deny that she’s envious, but she eventually admits it and explains that she will internalize her feelings and just focus on being happy for her sister.
