Ever since Sheree Whitfield made her return to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta,” she and fellow cast mate Kenya Moore have bumped heads a few times and have since decided to stay out of each other’s way in order to just keep the peace. Although the two ladies have kept the peace for a while now, during a recent interview, Whitfield weighed in on Moore’s dramatic beefs.
During an appearance last night on “Watch What Happens Live,” Whitfield opened up about the ladies’ recent Miami trip, in which Tammy McCall Browning’s nephew, Glen Rice Jr., antagonized the ladies and got into a physical dust up with security and his aunt after Moore kicked him out of their vacation home.
Although Moore and Kandi Burruss said they felt threatened by Rice, many of the ladies, inlcuding Whitfield, blamed Moore for the altercation, saying that she was friendly with Rice at first and then quickly changed her opinion of him when he didn’t respond well to her playful demeanor.
However, on “WWHL,” Whitfield seemed to have a change of heart when she was asked if Moore was at fault in the situation.
“No,” Whitfield said. “I thought that guy was a little bit aggressive with the ladies. That was one time I sided with Kenya. He needed to leave.”
Whitfield then spoke about Rice, saying, “I did not feel threatened at all. I don’t think any of us really felt threatened. Actually, they [Glen and Kenya] were going back and forth in a playful banter, almost like flirty for a little while, so it was really weird.”
Whitfield was also asked about her checkered past with Moore and if they have found a way to become friends.
“I don’t want to use the word ‘friend’ too loosely, so I would say keeping my enemies close,” Whitfield said.
But her conversation about Moore didn’t end there. Read what else she had to say, after the cut.
