Ever since Jada Pinkett Smith posted a video this week slamming the Oscars for not nominating any Black and Latino actors and called for other Black actors to boycott the ceremony, she and her famous husband, Will Smith, have not only received praise, but they’ve also endured something of a backlash from the likes of fellow actress Janet Hubert. Now, another actress slamming the couple is the famous Arquette sibling, Alexis Arquette.

According to media reports, in a now-deleted Facebook post, Arquette, who is transgender, blasted the Smiths and clamed that both of them are in the closet.

“When Jada comes out as Gay and her beard admits his first marriage ended when she walked in [on] him servicing his Sugar Daddy [name omitted] … then I will listen to them. Will threw a fit on the set of Six degrees of separation when he was required by the scene to kiss Anthony Rapp. He persuaded the director to film the back of his head in frame. Blocking that non existent lip lock entirely. F— him. Gays have enemies. They lurk in gilded closets. Outing is healthy. You are either with us or against us. You decide. Today,” Arquette wrote in the post.

That was definitely some serious shade that Arquette hurled like a grenade at the Smiths, but without any proof of her claims, we’re not surprised that people might look at her with suspicion. And it also doesn’t help that she’s spouting the idea that ripping anyone from their alleged closet is somehow righteous and justified. We’re doubtful that other LGBT allies would agree. It’s sad that Arquette, who has likely endured discrimination in her own life, can’t acknowledge or respect the outcries of actors when it comes to blatant racism in the industry.
