On Saturday, Jan. 30, the 22nd annual Screen Actors Guild Awards honoring the best performances in film and television from the past year were held at the Shine Exposition Center in Los Angeles in a ceremony being simulcast on TNT/TBS.
Heading into the 2016 SAG Awards, “Game of Thrones”, “Homeland” and “House of Cards” led the TV pack with three nominations each. Meanwhile, Trumbo was the film with the most nominations, three in total, including nods for stars Bryan Cranston and Helen Mirren.
Other notable nominees included the stars [Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture] of Beasts of No Nation, The Big Short, Spotlight, Straight Outta Compton, and Trumbo. Check out who won big below.
