NeNe reclaims her place as Cynthia’s BFF
When the cast all sit down for their first dinner together in Jamaica, they get a big surprise when NeNe Leakes and Gregg Leakes pop up and reveal that they’re staying on the island with them. All of the ladies, sans Cynthia, who planned the surprise, are shocked. But things get even more shocking when Kim and Kenya almost get into another argument over Cynthia’s commercial and Kenya walks off. After she leaves, Phaedra, Sheree and Porsha tell NeNe that Moore has become Bailey’s best friend since their falling out two years ago. However, Leakes quickly claims that Moore could never take her place as Bailey’s best friend and she asks Bailey if she agrees. Bailey tells the table that she and Kenya are close, but they are not best friends and she’s still getting to know Kenya. Phaedra and Porsha later call Cynthia a flip-flopper, but NeNe is happy to hear that her place hasn’t been taken by Moore. Later on, Sheree tells Kenya what Cynthia said and Kenya is shocked. She decides to confront Cynthia about her comments and says that, once again, she feels betrayed that she would deny their friendship. Cynthia explains that she didn’t deny their friendship; she just set the record straight that they are close, but not BFFs like how she was with NeNe, and that the other ladies kept comparing the two friendships. Kenya continued to try and scold Cynthia for her words, but Cynthia ended the conversation explaining that her feelings about Kenya haven’t changed and that she has a vacation and commercial to focus on.
