“That’s So Raven” alum Orlando Brown was arrested last month after he allegedly struck his girlfriend in a Torrance, Calif. police station parking lot.

According to the original report made by TMZ, the pair got into a heated argument while parked in front of the police station. An eyewitness (who later called authorities) saw a car pull into the parking lot with two people — Brown and his girlfriend — inside. During the argument, Brown allegedly struck his better half, Torrance Police Dept.’s Sergeant Kranke tells E! News.

The eyewitness then walked into the police station and alerted the front desk that they needed to send officers outside immediately because there was a domestic dispute going on. Upon responding, police say Brown refused to exit the vehicle. After coming to his senses, he complied, was arrested and found in possession of methamphetamine. In addition, the 28-year-old actor was charged with domestic battery, obstructing an officer and possession of narcotics. Due to the nature of the drug possession, Brown’s crime quickly escalated from a misdemeanor, to a felony.

Meanwhile, Brown took to Instagram on Thursday, Feb. 18, where he slammed tabloids over what he claims are false reports. “Right when I find peace of mind, TMZ says its ‘ridiculing time,'” he wrote. “So ‘allegedly’ I beat my women up..and walked into torrance jail with ‘kristal meth’ on me….Brace yourselves for this one.”

He continued, “‘The devil is a lie i feel him breathing’ Kanye said it best…Its ok thoe…Be sure to watch TMZ….This is an interesting one…Even to me! Real talk!”

Unfortunately for Brown, he may face some real consequences for his (alleged) actions, as this is not his first run-in with the law. In 2007, he was charged with possession of marijuana. In 2011 and again in 2013, he was arrested for a DUI. In 2012, Brown was arrested not once but twice, for violating probation and failing to appear in court. Then, in 2014, the former child star struck a plea deal after threatening to kill a woman and her daughter. What a mess.
