Scarface and Too Short were up next, and by this time the crowd had really started to fill in the 4,600 seated theater. Scarface, arguably one of the original the kings of the Durty South rap, took the audience back to his time as a Geto Boy as he rapped about sitting “…alone in my four cornered room, staring at candles,” from their classic “My Mind is Playing Tricks on me.” He also took us down memory lane as he performed an ode to the late great Tupac from their duet “Smile” that was released in 1997. Before Scarface was done, Too Short joined him on-stage to help finish out his set as they rapped to their collab “Finer Things,” then Scarface exited stage-left.
