As Veteran West Coast Rapper Too Short casually and confidently made his way on to the stage, in a manner in which said he was “used to this”, the crowd erupted with thunderous screams and applause as they gave him a grand Detroit welcome. By this time, the audience was filled to capacity and at full attention as Too Short kept them rocking from the time he got on stage till the time he was off. Every song he rapped to had the crowd reciting his lyrics, word for word in a choir-like manner. His solo set started with the club banger “Shake that Money” and had the audience shaking all they had amidst the excitement. The atmosphere became more lit as he continued with banger after banger that included the all-time Detroit favorite “Blow the Whistle” from his album of the same name,  “Getting it” from Album Number Ten, “Don’t Fight the Feeling” from Life is Too Short Album, and the infamous “Freaky Tales” from his Born to Mack album
