What advice would you give anyone preparing to enter the music business about publishing and management?
Regardless of the situation, always do your research before making any decisions. Make sure you see what publishing company works best for you, it’s a personal preference, and always copyright your lyrics/music. Make sure all your papers are right ahead of time. As for management, I would suggest going with someone you know has your best interest at heart and someone that you can truly trust.
