Lawd, bless their grieving hearts.

Leroy Bill Black, 55, who lived in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey, died at home surrounded by his family on Aug. 2, 2016, from lung cancer. Black’s death is tabloid fodder because he left behind a “loving wife” and apparently a “longtime girlfriend” to battle it out over who can script the best obituary.

According to his obit on the funeral home’s website and in the Friday, Aug. 5, 2016, edition of Press of Atlantic City:

He was born September 30, 1960, to Ethlyn and Wilfred Black. Bill was employed as a fiberglass technician at South Shore Contractors and Ocean City Water Park.

He is predeceased by his parents.

He is survived by: his loving wife, Bearetta Harrison Black; son, Jazz Black; siblings, Donald, Faye “Cherry”, Janet “Vilma”, Lorna “Clover”, Audrey “Marcia”, Sandra “RoseMarie” and a host of other family, friends and neighbors; and his long-time girlfriend, Princess Hall. He was also the father to Malcolm and Josiah Harrison Fitzpatrick.

Funeral services will be 2PM, Sunday, August 7, 2016, Greenidge Funeral Homes, 301 Absecon Boulevard, Atlantic City, where friends may call from 1PM. A viewing will be 4PM-6PM, Saturday, August 6, 2016, Greenidge Funeral Homes.

Hit continue to see what his “longtime girlfriend” had to say in her version about her boo thang, Leroy “Blast” Black.
