Baylee Curran has hit the national news over accusations that singer Chris Brown pointed a gun at her head in his L.A. mansion. Her call to 911 led to an almost 11-hour police standoff and the arrest of Brown on charges of assault with a deadly weapon. Less than 24 hours after the alleged assault, Curran has already given interviews stating that she was in fear for her life.
Now information is coming out that is placing doubt on Curran’s truthfulness According to media sources, Curran allegedly texted the following message to a friend:
“Hey safari don’t you know this freak Chris brown is kicking me out of his house because I called his friend jewelry fake can you come get me my Uber is messing up if not I’m going to set him up and call the cops and say that he tried to shoot me and that will teach him a lesson I’m going to set his a– up. Lol come get me.”
A copy of the text message is reportedly with Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos. If the text was actually sent it will be damning evidence against Curran and vindicate Brown’s claim that he was innocent.
Curran’s story has been splashed across the news but also her past. It has been learned that she was stripped of her title as Miss California Regional 2016 for a string of scandalous actions. Pageant officials took the crown in July 2016 after Curran refused to do mandatory volunteer work, threatened other competitors, made racially inflammatory remarks and tried to sell a dress from the event sponsor online for $400. In addition, it was learned this week that Curran is also wanted for questioning by the New York Police Department over a theft that occurred in 2013. It is alleged that while staying at the Plaza Hotel with friends, Curran snatched a $1,000 Louis Vutton purse from a woman in her party.
