Ghostbusters star Leslie Jones made a triumphant return to social media following a cruel website hack.

On Aug. 24, hackers gained access to the “Saturday Night Live” cast member’s website, leaking nude photos and pics of her driver’s license as well as her passport online. While Jones has yet to comment on the leak, fellow “SNL” cast mate Jay Pharoah came to her defense, telling “ET” “That is my friend, people need to leave her alone She is a sweet, funny, talented person, and she has been in the game since I was born.”

Now, after a two-and-a-half-week hiatus, Jones returned to Twitter in good spirits. “I don’t care what nobody say, these b—-es make me laugh no matter what the hell is going on, for real,” the 48-year-old can be heard saying while the iconic “Golden Girls” theme song plays in the background.

Of course, this isn’t the first time the funny lady has come under attack. Just one month ago she was trolled by several racist Twitter users. “You know, it was one of those type of things — the insults, what’s scary about the whole thing is that the insults didn’t hurt me,” she explained on July 21. “Unfortunately, I’m used to the insults. That’s unfortunate, but what scared me was the injustice of a gang of people jumping against you for such a sick cause,” Jones said the hurtful messages during an appearance on “Late Night With Seth Meyers.”

“And it’s so mean. Like, it’s so gross and mean and unnecessary. So it was just like one of those things. Like, OK, if I hadn’t said anything, nobody would have ever knew [sic] about this. All those people still would have an account,” she added.

While the comedian appears to be getting through the hard times by entertaining herself with television — weird commercials and all, the investigation surrounding her vicious hack is far from over. According to reports, the Department of Homeland Security is looking into the matter. In the meantime, show Jones some love and support in the comment section below.
