The excited crowd at Nirvana on Wilshire Blvd was full of Tosha’s friends, family, celebrities and co-workers who came out to congratulate and celebrate with her. For those who don’t know, Tosha Whitten Griggs is an award-winning PR executive and founder of The FrontPage Firm. She’s represented many celebrities and organizations including the Screen Actors Guild Awards, SAG Foundation, Interscope Records, Bishop T.D. Jakes/TDJ Enterprises, Central City Productions (Stellar Gospel Music Awards), and singer El DeBarge, among many others.
This event was a combination congratulatory party for Tosha’s recent appointment as SVP of public relations for TV One combined with a birthday celebration, thus one reason for the 2.0. The 2.0 also reflects Tosha reinventing herself from a founder and CEO to becoming a major player at one of the leading networks creating quality content for African Americans, TV One. She was surprised and overjoyed by the arrival of her dad and sister from Michigan. The congratulations and heartfelt stories from friends and co-workers made for a very emotional night that put each of us in attendance in a happy and proud place for her accomplishments.
