Kylie Jenner is dragged into her boyfriend’s financial lawsuit.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” reality star, 19, was recently summoned to answer questions under oath regarding Tyga’s expenses. According to TMZ, the debt examination is part of an ongoing lawsuit filed by celebrity jeweler Jason Arasheben, who claims the rapper allegedly owes Arasheben an “excess of $270K” in unpaid jewelry.

“We will ask him questions related to his finances, such as to his source of income to support his lifestyle as well as to pay for the extravagant gifts he buys Ms. Jenner. He will have to answer under oath and so will Ms. Jenner,” Danny Abir of Abir, Cohen, Treyzon and Salo told People of Jenner’s summons.

Meanwhile, Jenner has until October 6 to report for questioning before it gets serious, as the judge will issue warrants for their arrest. As fans know far too well, there’s been much speculation regarding the “Rack City” hitmaker’s finances. Is his lifestyle rented? Is Jenner secretly funding his lavish lifestyle? Well, all that is sure to come to light very soon as the Lip Kit entrepreneur will most likely be questioned on the source of funds the 26-year-old used to purchase her gifts.

Throughout their on-off again romance, Jenner has received multiple luxury vehicles including a $320K Ferrari for her 18th birthday, a $189K Maybach for her 19th birthday and most recently a giant sparkler “promise ring” from the G.O.O.D. Music recording artist.

“Our client, Jason of Beverly Hills, has a judgment against [Tyga]. Until he pays off this judgment, unless he has other means of paying off this obligation and does, his sources of income used to buy these extravagant gifts or to support such a lifestyle should be used to satisfy his obligation. That potentially includes the gifts themselves,” Abir told People.

The latest development in Tyga’s legal woes comes shortly after he was ordered to pay $186K in unpaid rent after abandoning a Los Angeles residence without notice in June 2015. Upon inspection, documents allege that the residence was left in “gross disrepair, utility bills unpaid and hazardous environmental waste that required professional clean-up.” Two weeks prior, the rapper reached a settlement with an additional landlord in a separate eviction case.

Though things appeared to be looking up when his blonde bombshell gifted him with a Bentley in early September, it was just hours after his Ferrari was reportedly repossessed. This development is certainly alarming and a bad look for Jenner. What are your thoughts on the teen star being pulled into Tyga’s financial woes? Will this be the final nail in the coffin for their relationship? Sound off in the comment section below.
