On Tuesday, September 20, 2016, The BOSS Network hosted its final tour stop on the “Ladies That Lead Tour; An Evening with Michelle Williams.” The event highlighted influential women of color; who inspire others by sharing their strategies and journey to success. BOSS is an acronym for “Bringing Out Successful Sisters” and the network’s mission is to promote and encourage the small business spirit and career development of women.
Hosted by BOSS Founder Cameka Smith, the event featured women of color in business who excel in their industries and it shined a spotlight on Grammy Award-winning singer and entrepreneur Michelle Williams as the featured speaker.
Williams recently celebrated the launch of her bedding and home-goods line, “Believe at Home”.
The event featured an honoree presentation to Kelli Fisher and Tana Gilmore, The Matchmaking Duo, of Fisher Gilmore Matchmaking. The inspiring, educating, and empowering panel conversation was lead by:

It was held at Harvey B. Gantt Center in Charlotte.
