Ricki Brazil gives tips on how to build your fashion empire

Ricki Brazil is setting trends while staying ahead of the fast-paced pulse of fashion. Brazil’s clothing line, Ricki Brazil by Ricki Brazil offers one-of-a-kind styles that have been seen on celebrities such as Khloe Kardashian, Christina Milian, Karrueche Tran, Tamar Braxton, Eva Marcille, and Amber Rose. In addition, he has been featured in the Huffington Post as well as Esquire magazine. 

Rolling out and moderator Daron Pressley got the unique opportunity to have Ricki Brazil take part in its first rolling out working lunch (#ROWorkingLunch) Twitter chat series. Below is a recap of the twitter chat Q-and-A during which we learned the importance of leveraging relationships, differentiating your brand in a crowded marketplace, and authenticity. 


Q1: @rmg1 What have been the keys to you successfully building the @rickibrazil clothing brand?

A1: @RollingOut Having a solid team that believes in one another, staying focused and dedicated [to] the goal. #rickibrazil 


Q2: How important is it to leverage relationships to build the @rickibrazil brand? 

A2: This is important because it allows you to open doors that would normally be closed to you. #rickibrazil

Q3:  With so many brands in the marketplace, how do you differentiate the @rickibrazil clothing line? 

A3:  We are original, we don’t follow trends; we create them. We have our own style and look. #rickibrazil

Q4: Where do you draw inspiration from for your@RickiBrazil line?

A4: From the world, we travel a lot and we are blessed to see all types of fashion and culture. #rickibrazil

Q5: What’s one major key you can give to aspiring designers?

A5: Always believe in yourself work hard and push your creative envelope to be the very best. #rickibrazil
