INGREDIENTS
2 parts Bache-Gabrielsen VSOP Natur and Eleganse
¾ part Simple Syrup
¾ part Fresh Lime Juice
1 part soda water
METHOD
Muddled mint and cucumber. Shake, strain into tall glass, top with soda water. Garnish with mint sprig and cucumber slice.
