Kim Zolciak-Biermann is a bubble-headed, ignorant racist who is using her return to “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” for season 10 only as a way to offset her troubling financial situation since her husband’s NFL career is over… These are just a few of the reasons RHOA fans gave for protesting Zolciak-Biermann’s return to the show. They have taken out a petition via Change.org to voice their disdain and repulse of Zolciak.
After the former housewife’s meal ticket (Kroy Biermann) got booted from the NFL, she’s become the only alleged bread-winner in the family, which reportedly consists of six kids and an unemployed former Atlanta Falcons player.
“Kim Zolziak left ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ (RHOA) at the beginning of Season 5,” the petition reads. “She allegedly refused to film with the cast. She also allegedly made racist comments (e.g. using the N word, said Kandi Burruss lives in the ghetto, disparaging comments about dark skin, etc.) about her cast mates and intimated that she was better than the show.
“Allegedly her financial condition has changed and she now needs to supplement her income and she is trying to come back on the show. After her departure from RHOA, the ratings soared and the show became the highest rated show on the BRAVO network.”
Zolciak is not the only variable or ingredient in this interesting stew. Along with the return of Zolciak, the Bravo network is reportedly negotiating hard to bring back Nene Leakes, who allegedly wants a much higher salary than Zolciak to close the deal.
The way that it could work out, TMZ surmised, is if Zolciak only returns part-time, the producers can make Leakes a full-time cast member, thus automatically paying her considerably more.
Zolciak, if you don’t recall, was kicked off of RHOA after an altercation she had with the cast went south and it was apparent that she didn’t want to film with her castmates.
When Zolciak allegedly spewed the N-word in anger, the rest of the cast boycotted to have her removed from the show.
The petition begs Andy Cohen and Bravo to ditch Kim Zolciakbecause of her history of making racially-insensitive remarks — not to mention some people believed she treated her Black assistant like an indentured servant.
“Kim Zolciak left ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ (RHOA) at the beginning of Season 5. She allegedly refused to film with the cast. She also allegedly made racist comments (e.g. using the N word, said Kandi Burruss lives in the ghetto, disparaging comments about dark skin, etc.) about her cast mates and intimated that she was better than the show,” the petition continues. “Allegedly her financial condition has changed and she now needs to supplement her income and she is trying to come back on the show. After her departure from RHOA, the ratings soared and the show became the highest rated show on the BRAVO network.”
The petition strongly requests that Cohen change the decision to allow Zolciak Biermann to return, noting that her spin-off ratings steadily declined and that adding her back to RHOA will negatively impact viewership: “Kim was given her spinoff show, ‘Don’t Be Tardy.’ In Season 1 the weekly viewership averaged 1.6M and each season thereafter the viewership has steadily declined dipping at or below 1M viewers. Conversely RHOA averages over 2.5M viewers a week. Adding Kim back to RHOA will cause the ratings to decline and adversely affect the show’s success and popularity. BRAVO and Andy Cohen we respectively ask that you do not add Kim back to the cast in order to ensure the success of RHOA.”
